On the morning of Friday 29, November 2024, we would organize the special event of the Asian Roundtable, the lecture by Professor Haruhiko Kuroda at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies. Professor Kuroda has served as President of the Asian Development Bank and Governor of the Bank of Japan.

Mr. Haruhiko Kuroda has had a long career in the Ministry of Finance. After serving as Vice Minister for International Affairs and then retired from the Ministry, Professor Kuroda served as Special Advisor to the Cabinet, Professor at Hitotsubashi University, then President of the Asian Development Bank (2005–13) and Governor of the Bank of Japan from 2013 to 2023. Professor Kuroda joined the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in 2023.
