On 25 April 2025, Associate Director Zhou Yan, Assistant Professor Li Yuqing, and Postdoctoral Researcher Guan Hao from the Institute for International and Area Studies (IIAS), Tsinghua University visited CSEAS. Director Mieno Fumiharu, Affiliated Professor Kono Yasuyuki, Professor Kobayashi Satoru, Associate Professor Decha Tangseefa, and Associate Professor Zhai Yalei welcomed the delegation and conducted a signing ceremony to agree on academic cooperation and exchange between CSEAS and IIAS. After the signing ceremony, the delegation toured the library and participated in a brown bag seminar . In the afternoon, joint seminars were held by both organizations.
