On September 18, 2025, Prof. Dr. Ir. Marwan, Rector of Syiah Kuala University (USK), Prof. Dr. Hizir Sofyan, Director of the Graduate School of USK, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Aman Wirakartakusumah, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), and Prof. Dr. Amzul Rifin, Educational Attache of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan, visited CSEAS. Professor Yasuyuki Kono, Vice President of Kyoto University, Professor Fumiharu Mieno, Director of CSEAS, Professor Masaaki Okamoto, Professor R. Michael Feener at CSEAS, and Professor Motoki Yamaguchi at ASAFAS Kyoto University, welcomed the delegation and exchanged views with them on the academic cooperation and exchange between the two institutions.
