The 2025 Asian Conference for Young Scholars of Southeast Asian Studies (AYSEA) took place from September 4th to 6th in Bangkok, Thailand, co-hosted by the Consortium of the Southeast Asian Studies in Asia (SEASIA) and the Institute of Asian Studies (IAS), Chulalongkorn University.
From CSEAS, Assistant Professor Mariko Ogawa and Research Associate Ye Htet presented their research. Associate Professor Yoshimi Nishi, from the SEASIA secretariat, also participated.
