For those participating via zoom, please follow the instructions below (PDF).
The Deputy-Directors of the Research Coordination Alliance, Unit Directors, Vice-Unit Directors and speakers will receive an “Invitation email to panelists” as well as an inquiry so no registration is required.

1. Please access the registration form from the link above.
2. Enter your name, email address and answer to the questions, then click “登録” (register).
3. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address registered in step 2.
On July 29th, the day of the event, please click “ウェビナーに参加” (Join the webinar) shown in the email.

Questions will also be accepted online during the presentations.
If you have any questions, please ask through “Q&A” on the zoom screen during the presentation.
The answers will be given through the microphone during the Q&A session.
Please be aware that we cannot answer all questions due to time constraints.
