Several problems like depopulation, farm exit, natural disasters, abandoned farmland and reduced medical level etc. become worse in rural area not only in Japan but also in tropical Asian countries. It can be said these problems has become “the global issues” already. This research would reveal the present situation of these problems in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos, India and Japan to solve the problems. I would try to resolve about depopulation, farm exit and outflow etc. in rural villages by multivariate analysis method using statistical data.The aim of this research is to find the resolution of the global issues through international cooeration and finally to develop the area study to the practical applied science.
